We place special emphasis on our self check-in. You will receive the access code and all necessary information from us so you can arrive comfortably and independently.
We reserve the right to modify the reception setup – our focus is on self check-in.

- Per person and overnight stay including breakfast buffet and all statutory taxes (VAT)
- Additionally, we charge:
- Accommodation tax: € 2.30 per person/night
- Mobility tax: € 0.50 per person/night
- Children up to 15 years old are exempt from both taxes
- Short stay surcharge: € 6.00 – 12.00 per person

Valid only with written confirmation from both parties (guest & hotel)
Miscellaneous:
Rooms are equipped with a safe – please use it for valuables.
We do not accept liability for lost valuables.
Dogs are only permitted upon request and are not allowed in the breakfast room. Cost: € 10.00 per day without food. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the pet causes dirt or damage.
Our Cancellation Policies
- Everyone can experience unforeseen events. Our request: Let us know in time!
- Room cancellations can only be accepted in writing. If you cancel, arrive late, or depart early, cancellation fees will apply.
- Our cancellation policies are based on the Austrian Hotel General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
